2010 the red text has been added

The Employee shall promptly disclose to the Employer all copyright works originated, conceived, written or made by the Employee or adult dependant, alone or with others, and shall, until such rights be fully and absolutely vested in the Employer hold them in trust for the Employer. The Employee hereby assigns to the Employer by way of future assignment of copyright (and other proprietary rights if any) for the full term thereof throughout the World all copyright works originated, written or made by the Employee or adult dependant whilst under contract with CfBT.

Where the Employee or adult dependant wishes to create copyright works they believe to be wholly unrelated to education, employment in Brunei Darussalam, or connected areas, and where they believe this work will not affect their employment with CfBT (or their legal status as a dependant), they must discuss their proposed creation/work with CfBT first.  CfBT, in its sole discretion, may waive its right to copyright in these circumstances.
